 The National Commercial Information System (NCIS)

Under provision 26 of the country's second-development program, the government was assigned to set up" the centralized International and Domestic Information Network", to attain this goal, accordingly, a particular project was designed by the management of the ministry of commerce.
Through careful study and consideration of all the responsible organs involved in the commercial transactions, the required information and the statistics of the concerned parties were determined, recognized, and later put within an information site by Namaad Iran who was the sole implementing company from 1378-1380.
